Sociocracy Workshops
Why sociocracy?
Most organizations get stuck between two bad options: top-down decisions that people resist, or consensus that leads to watered-down compromises and endless meetings.
Sociocracy offers a third way – a proven governance system that distributes power while keeping decisions efficient. it is used in nonprofits, business, cooperatives, intentional communities, activist groups.
In a one-day workshop, you will learn how to:
- Make decisions swiftly where everyone’s concerns are heard and integrated
- Organize your team into self-managing roles and circles with clear authority
- Resolve objections constructively instead of letting them derail progress
- Create a culture where people are genuinely empowered, not just consulted
You’ll leave with practical tools you can start using right way.
A typical workshop
My sociocracy workshops are highly participatory, experiential, practical, collaborative, with a good balance of following the participants’ interests while making sure all basics are covered.
Since I love following people’s real-life challenges, I always leave time to answer questions that arise.
